1. About Accordly

Accordly Pty Ltd (ABN 12 345 678 901) operates a legal technology platform that assists couples in formalising agreed separation arrangements into legally binding consent orders under Australian family law. Our supervising lawyer is Rebecca Chen, Principal (Law Institute Registration #5892).

2. Eligibility

Our service is designed for couples who have already reached agreement on the key terms of their separation, including property, finances, and parenting arrangements (where applicable). By using our qualification checker, you acknowledge that Accordly may not be suitable for all situations, and we reserve the right to decline matters that fall outside our service scope.

3. Fixed-Fee Pricing

All Accordly services are provided on a fixed-fee basis. The fee quoted to you at the start of your matter is the fee you will pay — no hourly billing, no hidden charges. Fees are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

Early access pricing is available to founding clients and is locked in for the duration of your matter once you engage our services.

4. Scope of Service

Accordly assists with the preparation and filing of consent orders (property, parenting, or combined), divorce applications, and related documents. Our service includes:

• Guided application process
• Document preparation (Form 11, consent orders)
• Review by a qualified family lawyer
• Court filing on your behalf
• Status tracking until orders are returned

Accordly does not provide legal representation in contested proceedings, court appearances, or advice on matters outside the scope of the agreed services.

5. Refund Policy

If you decide to withdraw before we have commenced preparation of your documents, you are entitled to a full refund of any fees paid. Once document preparation has commenced, refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the work completed.

If the court declines to make the consent orders you have applied for, we will work with you to address the court's concerns at no additional cost. If the matter cannot proceed, a partial refund may apply.

6. Your Obligations

By using Accordly, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Make full and frank financial disclosure as required by law
• Respond to requests for information within a reasonable timeframe
• Notify us immediately if your circumstances change or if you become aware of any safety concerns

7. Limitation of Liability

Accordly provides its services with reasonable care and skill in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. We hold professional indemnity insurance through Lawcover.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. The Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia has jurisdiction over matters arising from our services.
